FunRide uses only alternative fuel  and hybrid vehicles (electric, natural gas, biodiesel, and flex fuel) to benefit the environment by

• reducing the use of gasoline fuel vehicles that produce emissions that contribute to air pollution and global warming
• support alternative transportation such as transit, vanpooling, carpooling, biking, and walking by providing a vehicle at work
• replaces gasoline fuel vehicles in the fleets of businesses, universities, and governmental agencies with alternative fuel, FunRide vehicles
• allows members to experience different types of alternative fuel vehicles before purchasing a green vehicle for their personal use
